II.2.4) Description of procurement: The purpose of this tender process is to identify a contractor to provide catering and hospitality services on board THV Patricia in order to meet the needs of the fare paying passengers. This service will not include catering for the vessel¿s operational crew, but will focus on the welfare of paying passengers and associated duties. The Contractor will provide an experienced Chef to deliver the catering service and Steward/ess(s) to be on hand to deal with all passenger requirements and act as the liaison point between the passengers, the Captain of THV Patricia and their team.
